Power

This means that the person is exerting a power of 5 watts to lift the weight from the ground to the height of 2 meters in 4 seconds.
Power is an important concept in physics and engineering as it allows us to understand how much energy is consumed or produced by an object or system over time. It also helps in determining how much power is needed to perform various tasks, such as running a motor or illuminating a light bulb.
