ISAP Program: Understanding When On-Call Supervisors Are Not Notified

The on-call ISAP Supervisor will NOT be notified of the following :

-robberies related to quality of life, such as homeless on homeless or six pack of beer disputes-Shoplifting turned robberies by statute-**Strong arm robberies where there is no injuries on the victim is a local Tri-County area resident**-Any robbery where the victim is uncooperative, and cannot ID the subject

ISAP (Intensive Supervision Appearance Program) is a program that provides case management and supervision to non-detained individuals who are in removal proceedings and released on bond or their own recognizance.

The on-call ISAP Supervisor is responsible for responding to emergency situations outside of regular business hours. However, there are certain situations where the on-call supervisor will not be notified. These situations include:

1. Routine check-ins – The on-call supervisor will not be notified of routine check-ins or appointments that were scheduled in advance. Such appointments will be handled by the regular ISAP case manager during business hours.

2. Scheduled court appearances – If an individual has a scheduled court appearance, the on-call supervisor will not be notified. The individual will be responsible for attending the hearing and any related responsibilities.

3. Non-emergency requests – If an individual has a non-emergency request that can wait until regular business hours, the on-call supervisor will not be notified. The individual can contact their regular ISAP case manager during business hours to address the issue.

4. Administrative tasks – The on-call supervisor will not be notified of administrative tasks, such as updating contact information, unless it is an emergency situation.

Overall, the on-call ISAP supervisor will only be notified in emergency situations, such as an individual being detained or having a medical emergency.
