Liver:

It has over 500 functions in the body, including producing bile, which helps in the digestion of fats, and storing glucose, which is used by the body for energy. The liver also produces several important proteins, including albumin, which helps to maintain fluid balance in the body, and clotting factors, which help the blood to clot. Additionally, the liver helps to break down and remove toxins and other harmful substances from the body.
