Similarly, there is an inverse relationship between the amount of time spent studying and the number of mistakes made on a test. As the amount of time spent studying increases, the number of mistakes made tends to decrease.

It is important to note that an inverse relationship does not necessarily mean that one variable causes the other to change. Other factors may also be influencing the relationship between the variables. Therefore, it is important to consider all possible variables when analyzing an inverse relationship.
