3. Social awareness: This involves recognizing and understanding the emotions of others, as well as understanding the social nuances and cues that dictate how people interact with one another.
4. Relationship management: This involves using the knowledge gained from self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness to build and maintain healthy relationships with others, both personally and professionally.
Emotional intelligence can be developed and improved through self-reflection, practice, and feedback, and is a valuable skill for individuals in any field or profession.
